On Tuesday, 26 September, Miruna Vlad, Managing Associate in NNDKP`s Environment practice, participated as a speaker at the live online conference ”Circular Economy of Romania: from the Warranty-Return System to the reuse and recycling of electronics and industrial materials”, organized by Curs de Guvernare.

Miruna Vlad, Senior Associate in our Environment practice, was one of the speakers at this year’s edition of the Environmental and Sustainability Summit organized by Business Review between 28-29 September 2022 at The Marmorosch Bucharest.
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) has assisted, since June 2020, the Beverage Producers Alliance comprised of the Brewers of Romania Association and the Romanian Soft Drinks Association in setting up a deposit return system (DRS) for single-use primary packaging. The assistance also included establishing and obtaining the accreditation of RetuRO SGR as sole administrator of the Romanian system.
Miruna Vlad, Senior Associate in NNDKP’s Data Protection practice, was a speaker at the debate dedicated to the topic of “Non-material damages as a result of GDPR infringement”, organized by the legal media platform Juridice.ro on 13 December 2021.
