Florina has 18 years of professional experience in the intellectual property field. She heads NNDKP’s Intellectual Property practice.
Her area of expertise covers intellectual property matters, with specific focus on trademark rights, patent rights and utility models, design rights, copyright and related rights and domain names, in all stages and proceedings, from filing through to maintenance and enforcement, for both national and international clients. Her expertise also includes consumer protection, advertising, and e-commerce matters.

- advice to a worldwide confectionary company in several counterfeiting matters
- assistance to a major automotive company in relation to trademark enforcement before Romanian customs and police authorities, involving settlement agreements and voluntary payment of attorney fees
- assistance to a leading manufacturer of confectionery in relation to various consumer protection aspects in the activity of retail of products, which included review and clearance of labeling
