Intellectual Property

Our IP arm provides assistance in areas of practice impacting intellectual property rights, including trademark, trade dress, design, copyright, trade names, domain names, IP transactional, enforcement and border measures, across various industry sectors such as automotive, telecommunication, media and entertainment, gaming, pharmaceutical, fashion, real – estate, IT, food and beverages and consumer goods.

Where necessary, our team acts in consonance with other legal & tax professionals on transactions with an IP component or projects driven by IP aspects. In addition, when the course of action prompts us with a dispute, we team-up with our Dispute Resolution practice to assemble units that provide expert advice and representation.
